LED screens for out of home brand activation’s

Brand activation’s are an engaging and memorable way of connecting consumers with a brand on a deeper level. Activation’s are becoming an increasingly popular way to deliver a message, helping create lasting brand recognition. There are now more technological possibilities than ever before to build your marketing experience. One of these out of home technologies worth looking at is LED screens.

In Australia we love our sport. Broadcasting these big sports events is sure to draw in a crowd. Pimm’s Pop Up Bar at Federation Square used an Outdoor LED Screen to deliver live TV broadcast coverage of the Australian open tennis as well as incorporate brand messages. The activation recreated a slice of Wimbledon, offering punters strawberries & cream and a Pimm’s to go hand in hand

Interactive entertainment technologies are also a great way to deliver brand experiences. QV shopping centre in Melbourne activated their outdoor space with a custom designed interactive motion capture game of catch the candy cane. The video game built and designed by Vandal utilised 3D motion capture cameras and a large outdoor LED screen to display it on. The interactive aspect made it an exciting and memorable experience for everyone involved.

Outdoor LED Screens are also a great feature as part of a physically Immersive brand experience. CrownBet utilised Digital Screen 6 as part of a handball activation at Federation Square. The LED screen displayed a live score tally from the handball target sensors. As participants hit each target the scores would appear on the screen, then tally up at the end to show them where they placed on the leader board. Prizes like hats, drink bottles and footballs were awarded to participants for high scores. Outdoor LED Screens are an excellent way to deliver memorable experiences to the public. Certainly, something worth considering for your next outdoor activation or event.
